Donna Pascoe's distinguished career started at just seventeen years old when she won the Paul Mitchell award for Best Haircutter. She has since followed that up with being Color Director at some of the most prestigious companies in the world - from Madison Avenue in New York, to Sydney Australia, to Boca Raton, Florida.

Donna Pascoe became a household name with her renowned hair product line called  Mine, and now her newest line, called Revenge. Having been sold nationwide in leading beauty retailer, Sephora, and featured in almost every note worthy fashion and beauty magazine in North America, Pascoe is no stranger to success.

As Pascoe's talent and abilities matured, she felt it was necessary to widen her horizons and build a salon. Focused on providing only the best services to her clientele, Pascoe took her time building her family of employees, seeking out the best in the business. Her reputation preceded her, and one can say she has easily filled the salon with people and products that match her standards of excellence.

Chris Hutchins - Color/Stylist

Chris was born with scissors in her hand and a dream in her heart. She enjoys creating hairstyles that let people really live life.

 

 

Diane DeFranco - Color/Stylist

Diane has captivated her clients with her artistic flexibility in producing a wide variety of creative styles. Whether it's a simple everyday look or a high fashion model walking down the runway, her color, precise cutting, and extension expertise reflect the extensive training and many busy years she has experienced in the business.

Michael Lizzi - Color/Stylist

Michael has been in the industry for 34 years. Over the years, he has owned 3 salons, spent 13 years doing hair extensions, and developed a specialty in wedding up-do's. He has even worked on celebrities such as Frank Vincent and Kelly Ripa. Michael is passionate about all aspects of the hair industry.

Rachel Scott - Color

Rachel was originally trained in London, England by salon owner, Daniel Galvin, for two and a half years. At that time, some of her clients included well known stars like Petula Clark and William Hurt. Rachel then moved to New York City to work with Daniel when he opened a salon on Madison Ave. Shortly thereafter, John Frieda opened a salon in New York and offered her a job as head colorist. During her 7 year stay with Frieda, she retained a well known client base with legends like Faye Dunaway and Natasha Richardson. Rachel has now been in Florida for the last 13 years as a very well respected colorist. Even after 25 years in the business, she is still in love with it.

Lucy Araujo - Color/Stylist

Lucy is a colorist who also specializes in hair straightening. She has trained in New York, Miami, and Orlando with many color lines such as Wella, Matrix, Paul Mitchell, and John Amico. She is constantly furthering her education by taking classes in order to keep her skills up-to-date. Lucy has been working with Donna Pascoe for over six years, and much of her experience comes from working by her side as an assistant.

Melina Zumbrum - Color

Melina is an experienced colorist who has worked in the Boca Raton area for the past 25 years. She is always diligently searching for the best hair color products for her clients. Her pursuits have lead her to practice organic, non-aggressive hair color that she is excited to offer to her clients.

 

Erica Morgan-Serranno - Color/Stylist

Trained by European colorist and stylist Paul Francois Cartier in Manhatton New York. Self employed in Connecticut for 6 years as a colorist and stylist. Specializing in Goldwell color and razor cutting. Also worked with cancer patients cutting and styling wigs. From there  moved to San Jaun Puerto Rico to work for a high profile actress, for the last 4 years, I am now fluent in Spanish which is helpful for spanish speaking clients. Currently I'm working with Donna Pascoe's team in Boca Raton Fl. I specialize in Organic color and fashion forward cutting. I am enjoying working in this professional, innovative, yet very relaxed environment, taking clients from A to Z with their hair. Come and experience something new with me at Donna Pascoe Salon.

Theresa Marsheski - Color/Stylist

Theresa Marsheski has been proudly exhibiting her talent in boca raton for 20 years. She specializes in precision cutting to suit your individual style and customized colors to compliment skin tone with trendy or subtle dimension. She believes in continuous education to stay fashion forward. She is trained and certified by some of the industries top companies such as Redken, TIGI, Pivot Point, Tony & Guy as well as Jingles in NYC. Her color preferences are All-Nutrient Organic for its vegetable based dyes and enzyme developer and Redken for their beautiful shades of blonde and brilliant reds.

Danny Best - Stylist

Danny is a well trained hair stylist who originally trained and worked in West Palm Beach before arriving in the Boca area years ago. He specializes in cutting and styling for both men and women and enjoys working with all hair textures. Danny prides himself in being able to really listen to his clients in order to help them achieve the perfect look for their lifestyle. Whether it is a clean and precise scissor cut or amazing razored texture you are after, Danny is confident he will be able to satisfy your styling needs.

Deanna - Stylist

Deanna has worked on set of the hit show Sex and the City season    2 & 3. As a personal hair stylist to Sara Jessica Parker. Formerly of Bumble and Bumble Salon in N.Y.C. and has extensive training in cutting on the Artistic Team. Her work has been featured in High End Fashion Magazines, such as Vanity Fair, Italian Vogue, German Vogue, W and many others. Deanna has worked along side of top photographers such as Annie Leibowitz, Mario Testino, and Patrick Demarchelier just to name a few.

 

Jackie Johan - Stylist

Jackie truly loves to cut hair and create looks that uniquely fit each client and their particular lifestyle. She has trained with some of the greatest stylists including Toni & Guy, Vidal Sassoon, and Paul Mitchell. Her work has been published in Passion Magazine. Around Boca, Jackie has a reputation for being a shear genius. Recently, she received a Certificate of Excellence with Aquage Master Class Academy in Miami, Florida.

 

Karen Elbaum - Nails

Karen is a pedicurist, but is better known around the salon as a foot doctor. She originally hails from New York and has been working in Boca Raton for the past 22 years. She prides herself in making pretty feet. Karen specializes in the treatment of corns, ingrown toenails and calluses.

Cale Sanchez - Facials & Massage

Graduated esthetician for 8 years, specializing in microdermabrasion and photo rejuvination with pulse infared therapy, the latest rejuvenation technology treatment. Certified training for acne treatment, glycolic, lactic and salicylic peels. Spa training working at Elizabeth Arden Salon for 2 1/2 years. Cale had her own studio for 7 1/2 years at the Parthenon Salon Studio and has been a licensed massage therapist for 13 years. She is also certified in Ashiatsu™ Deepfeet smooth massage.

Stacey Ugles - Jewelry Boutique & Makeup Specialist

Stacey, with 20 years of experience behind her, is known throughout the Boca Raton, Parkland area for her impeccable taste and style, where she has overseen several high end boutiques and wardrobed many women. Garee has worked in the salon/spa business for the past 32 years. He holds a cosmetology license and at one point was an instructor for acrylic nails. After finishing his career behind the chair, he chose to work behind the front desk instead of retirement. In his opinion, this is the most important job in the salon. He loves the Donna Pascoe Salon and feels privileged to sit next to his colleague, Michelle.

Michelle Butler - Guest Services

Michelle is a Salon coordinator with many years of experience working in upscale salons. Excelling in managing and taking on tasks the average person may find too difficult, she welcomes the challenge. When at the Donna Pascoe Salon, no need to have any worries, Michelle will always be there for you and any of your needs.

 

Leticia Caires - Assistants

Leticia is a young, innovative future stylist with the Donna Pascoe Salon creative team. She is perfecting Donna's beautiful technique for blowouts and up-dos.

 

 

Harrison Farias - Assistants

Harrison has worked at the Donna Pascoe Salon for 2 years while perusing his education at beauty school. He wants to be a stylist who makes people look amazing and shows them how beautiful they really are.

 

Katie Huggins - Assistants

Katie attended beauty school in New York, where she then worked at DeFranco Spagnolo, an upscale salon on Long Island. There, she trained and assisted for Nicholas DeFranco. Katie has been in the industry for 3 years and loves her job. She is passionate about the happiness of the salon's clients, and always wears a smile.

Corey Smith - Assistants

Corey is a liscened stylist and expert in Kerastase and scalp treatment. As an assistant at Donna Pascoe Salon, he is learning techniques to make himself the best stylist he can be. Corey is always ready and happy to assist with any of the clients' needs.
